No matter how far away from home you drive, you'll always have the reassurance of Lexus DriveCare. It gives you more than peace of mind. We'll not only look after your Lexus vehicle but provide support for you and your passengers as well.
Assistance above and beyond the call
The Lexus 4-year or 100,000 km warranty (whichever occurs first) includes our DriveCare programme, providing you with 24-hour roadside assistance during your Lexus Warranty period. Lexus has 900 response centres around the country so you're assured of prompt assistance when you need it.
The DriveCare Programme includes*:
- Breakdown assistance with fuel, battery or tyre/wheel replacement
- Basic mechanical assistance
- Breakdown towing as required to a Lexus Dealer or nominated technical centre
- Accident assistance advice
- One-way metropolitan taxi fare up to $150 (including GST)
- Entry assistance if you are locked out of your car (selected Lexus models only)
- Off-road patrols for LX and RX 4WDs.
- Personal Assist service for when you experience a vehicle-related incident over 100km away from home and your Lexus is immobile for more than 24 hours*
- Courier service for urgent small parcels or documents
- Clothing and personal effects cover up to $250*
Lexus Bridge Benefit
For the term of your Lexus DriveCare programme, Lexus is pleased to provide you with the 'Bridge Benefit' through your state motoring club. It enables you to keep and accrue your years of membership with your club, as well as Lexus DriveCare years of membership, and enjoy most of the benefits of motor club membership. Full details and conditions of the Lexus Bridge Benefit can be found in your 'Lexus DriveCare' booklet, or at lexus.com.au/encore.
