Lexus Encore Program - Lexus Priority Booking Line at the Adelaide Festival Centre

BENEFITS OF THE SERVICE

  • The Lexus Priority Booking Line is an exclusive booking line for Encore Members
    managed and operated through the Adelaide Festival Centre BASS Box Office.
  • Access to premium seating (subject to availability).
  • Lexus drivers attending a performance at the Adelaide Festival Centre are entitled under the Encore programme to a voucher pack which includes:
    • One programme voucher per booking
    • Drinks voucher - two complimentary drinks, to be redeemed at Adelaide Festival Centre Theatre Bars
    • Complimentary parking ticket, used to enter and exit the Adelaide Festival Centre Car Park. Not valid at Her Majesty's Theatre as there is no adjoining car park available here.

CONDITIONS OF USE

  • Lexus owners must be in warranty to use the service - please ensure you are registered with Lexus Customer Assistance Centre prior to making your first booking with Adelaide Festival Centre.
  • Lexus Encore Programme is available to all drivers attending any Adelaide Festival Centre performance, function or dining at Tutto ku Restaurant).
  • All voucher packs must be booked one week in advance through the Lexus Priority Booking Line to ensure delivery of voucher pack by mail.
  • Vouchers booked less than one week prior to performance are subject to availability of car parks and vouchers must be collected in person at the Adelaide Festival Centre BASS Box Office counter.
  • Vouchers cannot be provided on arrival without prior booking.
  • Bookings cannot be made on the same day as the performance.
  • Lexus owners must be driving their registered Lexus vehicle to Adelaide Festival Centre to redeem the benefits.

  • Registration Number and Warranty expiry date**
  • Performance details

VOUCHER AND TICKET COLLECTION

  • Where possible tickets and voucher packs will be mailed
  • If time does not permit tickets and voucher to be posted, they will be held for collection at the Adelaide Festival Centre BASS Box Office counter until 6pm.
  • All tickets/vouchers that are to be collected at the Adelaide Festival Centre BASS Box Office counter will be held in the name of the Lexus driver and the registered Lexus Registration number and must be picked up in the Lexus vehicle that is registered with the Lexus Customer Assistance Centre.
