Lexus Encore Program - Lexus Priority Booking Line at The Arts Centre

BENEFITS OF THE SERVICE

  • The Lexus Premium Ticketing Service is an exclusive booking line for Encore Members.
  • It is managed and operated through Showbiz International.
  • It offers access to premium seating (subject to booking availability). The service is also available to subscribers who have pre-purchased their season tickets from other outlets.
  • Encore members attending a performance at The Arts Centre who register and attend with their Lexus vehicle are entitled to a voucher pack which consists of:
    • One programme voucher per booking
    • Two complimentary drink vouchers redeemable at any Arts Centre foyer bar (excludes Café Vic, Curve Bar, EQ Café, Mezz Bar and Allegro).
    • Complimentary valet car parking (if available) or casual parking at the Arts Centre Car Park.


    *  The Lexus Premium Ticketing Service operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 8pm (EST) and Saturday 10am – 6pm (EST) on 1300 132 767.

CONDITIONS OF USE

  • Lexus owners must be within the standard 4year/100,00km factory warranty period to use the service- Please ensure that you are enrolled in the Encore programme with the Lexus Customer Assistance Centre prior to making your first booking with Lexus Premium Ticketing Service.
  • To enjoy Lexus Encore benefits including complimentary drinks and programme vouchers, all ticket bookings must be made through the Lexus Premium Ticketing Service.
  • Lexus owners must be attending a performance at The Arts Centre to receive the benefits (Service is not available to drivers only attending functions at The Arts Centre).
  • All voucher packs must be booked in advance through the Lexus Premium Ticketing Service. Vouchers cannot be provided on arrival without prior booking. Vouchers are subject to terms and conditions imposed by supplier. Vouchers are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  • Lexus owners must be driving their registered Lexus vehicle to The Arts Centre to redeem the benefits.
  • Under no circumstances will parking or drink vouchers be provided unless tickets to the The Arts Centre are purchased through Lexus Premium Ticketing Service.

SAME DAY BOOKINGS:

  • Bookings must be made no later than 11am (EST) on the day of an evening performance.
  • For weekday matinee performances, bookings must be made no later than 3pm (EST) the preceding day.

NOTE:

  • We are unable to provide vouchers for bookings after the above times for same day performances.
  • Bookings for all weekend performances must be made by 11am (EST) on the preceding Friday.

INFORMATION REQUIRED WHEN MAKING A BOOKING:

  • Name and address details
  • Model of Lexus vehicle
  • Registration number and warranty expiry date*
  • Performance details
  • Telephone numbers (preferably 2)
  • Email address for confirmation

TICKET COLLECTION:

  • Where possible tickets will be mailed
  • If time does not permit the tickets will be left at the Theatre Box Office for collection on the night

VOUCHER AND TICKET COLLECTION

  • You will receive your voucher pack upon arrival at The Arts Centre Valet Parking
  • Should Valet parking be full, you will need to park in the general parking area and then head to Valet Parking where you will receive your voucher pack which will include a complimentary pass for the Car Park.
