Digital Radio, an Australian first for Lexus

In a first for a Lexus vehicle in Australia, Digital Radio# comes standard on the GS.  Providing greater audio clarity, better reception (in covered areas) and a range of additional stations, Digital Radio offers a superior entertainment experience compared to traditional AM or FM analogue radio.

Hybrid System Indicator

A Hybrid System Indicator is seen when the GS 450h is in ECO or NORMAL drive modes, which shows the output and regeneration status of the hybrid system in real time and allows you to see how eco-friendly your driving style is. When you activate SPORT or SPORT+ drive mode, the indicator can change to a tachometer. The display can also be customised to change automatically when changing drive modes or to permanently display either the Hybrid System Indicator or tachometer.

Safer, intuitive driving

The 'human orientated design' philosophy of L finesse has resulted in the dash and centre console being divided into 'Display' and 'Operation' zones, with the Operation zone centred around the Lexus Remote Touch controller. This clever design allows the driver to confidently control the vehicle with a natural posture and minimal movement of their body and eyes, making for a more comfortable, intuitive and safer drive.

S-Flow energy saving airflow control

Conserve energy and improve fuel economy with the technologically advanced S-Flow system. When activated, airflow can be directed only to where there are occupants, reducing power consumption.

Advanced Bluetooth connectivity

The GS 450h continues to offer the convenience of Bluetooth™ mobile phone connectivity but now, due to the all-new multimedia system, provides significantly improved operability* for your compatible mobile phone including automatic* address book download (up to 1,000 contacts). You also have the ability to stream audio* from your compatible mobile phone or audio device for playback through the vehicle's sound system. 

Full-featured luxury

The list of standard inclusions in the GS 450h will surprise and delight those who are used to paying more for a full-featured luxury vehicle. Easy entry is provided to the vehicle with the driver's seat and steering wheel automatically adjusted upon entry and exit. Once seated, twelve-way adjustable leather accented front seats, both ventilated and heated, ensure a supremely comfortable ride. A 12 speaker Pioneer audio system delivers a crystal clear audio experience. The HDD navigation system includes live traffic alerts to make planning your journey easier while an anti-theft system, which includes an immobiliser, vehicle tilt sensor and intrusion sensor, provides reassurance.
