Lexus Enform Discontinuation
What's happening to Lexus Enform?
Lexus Enform is being discontinued on 28 May 2026. After this, you will no longer have access to the app or be able to connect your device to your vehicle.
Why is Lexus Enform being discontinued?
Lexus Enform is being discontinued as part of our ongoing commitment to innovation and our transition to embedded Connected Services5, which are available in our newer Lexus vehicles.
Which vehicles use the newer Connected Services?
Our newer Connected Services were first introduced in the Lexus NX in January 2022. Every new model from this date features the newer Connected Services.

I enjoyed the functionality of Lexus Enform, what can I use instead?
You can continue using Bluetooth for audio connectivity and in-vehicle Maps for navigation. These Maps can be updated every year – speak to your preferred dealership for pricing.
What happens before 28 May 2026?
You can continue using Lexus Enform as normal until the 28 May 2026. However, you will receive email and app notifications informing you of the discontinuation process.
What happens on and after 28 May 2026?
The Lexus Enform app will no longer operate and you will receive a message in the app that it has been discontinued. You can then uninstall the app from your device.
What happens to my data in the app?
After the app is discontinued on 28 May 2026, your data will be permanently deleted by the end of June 2026.
Can I remove the app icons from my multimedia completely?
Yes, a multimedia reset will need to take place. Refer to the relevant section of your owner's manual or contact your preferred Lexus dealership for help.
I tried to use my Lexus Enform phone app after 28 May 2026, why am I receiving an error?
The Lexus Enform app has been removed from the Apple App Store and Google Play. As a result, the app on your device will no longer continue to operate. We recommend uninstalling the app from your device.
