Lexus Australia has unveiled the next evolution of its Encore1 ownership offerings, extending the complimentary period from three to five years2 for all new Lexus owners and, for the first time, bringing together Capped Price Servicing, Lexus Warranty Experience, Lexus Connected Services9, and lifestyle benefits into one seamlessly integrated ownership proposition.
These enhancements reflect Lexus Australia’s enduring commitment to delivering luxury beyond the vehicle, a philosophy grounded in omotenashi, the anticipation of needs before they arise.
From exclusive dining and travel experiences to seamless vehicle care and connected technology, Encore offers a complete ownership ecosystem that supports owners both on and off the road. The extension to five years2 and refinement of the structure ensures more owners can access the complete Encore lifestyle from day one - delivering a considered, end-to-end luxury lifestyle solution.

LEXUS CONNECTED SERVICES9
Available features vary depending on vehicle model:
- Lexus Connected (including Emergency) – the core package includes SOS Emergency Call10 and Automatic Collision Notification11, which can connect occupants to a trained, Australian-based Lexus Emergency Assistance agent. They will coordinate with emergency services to send help to the vehicle’s location — any time, day or night.
- Lexus Connected+ - allows owners to access Remote Commands via the Lexus Connected smartphone app. This includes locking, unlocking and starting the vehicle, starting the climate control and activating the headlights, horn, buzzer and windows.12 Connected+ also offers a Lexus Digital Key13, Recent Trip information14 and Stolen Vehicle Tracking15, which may be used by police to locate the vehicle in the event it is stolen.
- Lexus Multimedia Connect – advanced connectivity for owners with Connected Navigation, Connected Trip, and Connected Voice Assistant.16
Following the complimentary period, owners can continue their personalised connectivity experience via a subscription package, while Lexus Connected (including Emergency) remains complimentary for the life of the vehicle or until the sunset of the 4G or 5G network, depending on the vehicle Data Communication Module (DCM). Representing the pinnacle of the Lexus Encore Experience, Encore Platinum, is offered to Lexus owners for five years2 following purchase of one of the flagship LC, LS, LX or LM models.
This offering includes all Encore Signature elements, as well as enhanced lifestyle and mobility privileges including:
- Priority Access: Exclusive dining and cultural events access.
- Lexus On Demand: Whether the occasion calls for a sportier drive or something more spacious, owners can access a Lexus on Demand through participating dealerships, shopping precincts and airports across Australia and New Zealand. Available up to four times over the complimentary period, for up to eight days at a time.18
- Valet Parking: Shopping becomes effortless with up to eight hands-free Valet Parking passes at select centres around Australia. 19

Encore Elevate extends the Lexus lifestyle beyond the initial ownership period, available as an optional one‑year paid subscription for $1,899 regardless of vehicle age.
It retains the core lifestyle features of Encore Signature offering while adding enhanced mobility flexibility with two Lexus On Demand18 passes for up to five days at time, four Valet Parking passes19 and two Airport Lounge passes.
